Data and consent

Essential preferences retain language, consent choices and security mechanisms. With your consent, respectful measurement may process referral source, pages viewed, an approximate area and a general device category. The complete IP address is not stored.

Virtual assistant

Guided flows run locally. Free-form questions are sent to OpenAI through a secure Supabase function. Our integration uses the applicable application storage opt-out. CloudTransition does not retain full conversations.

Leads

When you request contact, we retain the contact details and information you voluntarily provide. They are used only for the requested follow-up unless you provide separate marketing consent.

Retention

Security events are retained for 30 days, sessions and qualifications without contact details for 90 days, inactive leads for 12 months, and consent evidence or closed requests for 24 months.

Your rights

You may request access, correction or deletion through the Contact page. Reasonable verification protects data against fraudulent requests.
